Mi nombre es Gonzalo Miguel Adsuar-Meseguer, soy farmac\u00e9utico comunitario en Farmacia Quesada Centro y estar\u00e9 encantado de aportar mi granito de arena al apasionante mundo de la farmacia comunitaria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiero hablaros de mi d\u00eda a d\u00eda y de aquello que me ayuda a ser mejor farmac\u00e9utico. Y es que en farmacia comunitaria todos los d\u00edas se reciben pacientes que acuden con un problema de salud concreto, pidiendo al farmac\u00e9utico que les ayude a encontrar la mejor soluci\u00f3n posible. Un dolor de garganta, una picadura de mosquito, algo que ayude a conciliar el sue\u00f1o&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A este servicio se le denomina&nbsp;<strong><em>Servicio de Indicaci\u00f3n Farmac\u00e9utica<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;y est\u00e1 definido como el servicio profesional farmac\u00e9utico asistencial prestado ante la demanda de un paciente o usuario, que llega a la farmacia sin saber qu\u00e9 medicamento debe adquirir y solicita al farmac\u00e9utico el remedio m\u00e1s adecuado para un s\u00edntoma menor. Otras veces los usuarios demandan directamente un producto o medicamento no sujeto a prescripci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para el tratamiento de un s\u00edntoma menor. \u201cDame un paracetamol que me ayude a quitarme el dolor de cabeza\u201d (1).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sea cual sea el caso, el farmac\u00e9utico siempre va a tener que guiarse por criterios t\u00e9cnicos y cient\u00edficos, consensuados a nivel sanitario entre m\u00e9dicos y farmac\u00e9uticos. Se va a tratar siempre de mejorar la salud de los pacientes bien indicando un remedio desde la farmacia comunitaria o bien derivando al m\u00e9dico de atenci\u00f3n primaria o al profesional sanitario que proceda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El contenido de este blog busca visibilizar principalmente la importancia del Servicio de Indicaci\u00f3n Farmac\u00e9utica y servir de referencia para la prestaci\u00f3n correcta del servicio, de manera que pueda ser \u00fatil a la comunidad tanto de farmac\u00e9uticos como de pacientes que buscan informaci\u00f3n sobre el tratamiento de s\u00edntomas menores desde la farmacia comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfY t\u00fa? \u00bfHab\u00edas o\u00eddo hablar antes de este servicio? \u00a1Te leo en comentarios!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bibliograf\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1)&nbsp; Faus D\u00e1der,MJ. And it is that in community pharmacy every day patients who come with a specific health problem are received, asking the pharmacist to help them find the best possible solution. A sore throat, a mosquito bite, something to help you fall asleep &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This service is called the Pharmaceutical Indication Service and is defined as the professional pharmaceutical care service provided in response to the demand of a patient or user, who arrives at the pharmacy without knowing which medicine to purchase and requests the pharmacist the most appropriate remedy for a minor symptom. Other times users directly demand a product or drug not subject to a medical prescription for the treatment of a minor symptom. \u00abGive me paracetamol to help me get rid of my headache\u00bb (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whatever the case, the pharmacist will always have to be guided by technical and scientific criteria, agreed at the health level between doctors and pharmacists. We will always try to improve the health of patients either by indicating a remedy from the community pharmacy or by referring the appropriate primary care physician or health professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of this blog seeks to make visible the importance of the Pharmaceutical Indication Service and serve as a reference for the correct provision of the service, so that it can be useful to the community of both pharmacists and patients who seek information on the treatment of minor symptoms from the community pharmacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you?
