Desde la semana pasada se pueden obtener test rápidos de antígenos COVID-19 en #FarmaciaQuesadaCentro.

¿Cómo saber si necesito un test de antígenos?

El test de antígenos del COVID-19 nos ayuda a detectar la presencia de antígenos SARS-CoV-2. Este test se debe realizar durante los primeros 7 días desde la infección o en los 5 primeros días desde la aparición de síntomas. Cuando la carga viral es mayor.

En caso de dar un resultado positivo debe ponerse en contacto con su centro de salud para que le realicen una PCR y así confirmar la «sospecha de infección activa».

Si por el contrario el resultado es negativo es recomendable que siga manteniendo las recomendaciones de salud pública y aislamiento si presenta sintomatología.

¿Me sirve este test como prueba diagnóstica si necesito viajar?

Este tipo de test NO SIRVE como prueba diagnóstica para poder viajar. Únicamente sirve para su propio control en casa como autodiagnóstico.

¿Cómo funciona el #testantigenos para el #Covid19? 

1. Primero, antes de empezar, lávate bien las manos y suénate varias veces la nariz.

2. Verás una bolsita con dos tipos de recipientes, una solución y un tubo. Abre la solución y vierte su contenido en el tubo sin que se toquen ambos recipientes. Después coloca el tubo en el soporte vertical que viene con la caja.

3. Coge el hisopo e introdúcelo por el extremo del algodón a la nariz, unos 2,5 cm girándose de tres a cinco veces para que coja suficiente muestra.

4. Repite la misma operación en la otra fosa nasal. Es importante recoger suficiente muestra.

5. Introduce el hisopo en el tubo donde anteriormente has puesto la solución, y muévelo un poco por las paredes.

6. Sumérgelo durante un minuto.

7. Retira el hisopo y aprieta un poco las paredes del tubo para recoger la solución que pueda quedar en el algodón.

8. Colocar el tapón en el tubo y verter 3 gotas del tubo en el pocillo de muestra. Ten cuidado de no formar burbujas en el pocillo.

En 15 minutos tendrás el resultado:

– Si el test es negativo, verás solamente la línea de Control-C.

– Si el resultado es positivo, verás dos líneas, la de control y la T de Test.

– Si no aparece ninguna línea, el resultado es inválido.

How does the #testantigenos work for # Covid19?

8. Place the cap on the tube and pour 3 drops from the tube into the sample well. Be careful not to form bubbles in the well.

In 15 minutes you will have the result:

– If the test is negative, you will only see the Control-C line.

– If the result is positive, you will see two lines, the control line and the T test line.

– If no line appears, the result is invalid.
